How do I start my order process?

Simply click the service you desire and use the design tool. Easily upload your image or design on your selected garment.

What type of file types do you accept?

We support the following: JPG, TIF, PDF, .AI, .PSD, EPS and PNG. All files besides PDF and .AI needs to be 300 dpi or higher.

What is the best service to use for photos and images that I want printed on a shirt?

Digital transfer service.

Do you provide physical samples?

Unfortunately we do not. We are happy to provide a digital sample for approval.

What are your minimum qty requirements?

The minimum qty varies and depends on the service and the selected product(s). For instance there is no minimum for digital

transfers but there is a minimum of 1 dozen pcs for screen printing and embroidery.

How do deposits/payments work?

We require a full payment before your order can begin processing. We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks

or money orders.

What if I need to make a change to my order?

Please notify us right away if you need to increase the qty of your order or if you need to change ink or thread colors. No other

changes will be allowed once the order process has started and payment was accepted.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order. If after the 24 hour window and before actual printing

has begun, you are subject to a 35% restocking charge on the garment only. We cannot cancel your order once your order has

entered the print production portion of the process.

Can I provide my own garments for printing?

Currently we are not offering contract printing.

Can I pick up the order?

Pick up will be available between 10am – 4pm PST. Monday – Friday.

Can I rush my order?

Absolutely. Added costs will be applied to your order based on the rush option chosen.

How do I design my own apparel?

Simply select your embellishment method and it will take you to the appropriate design tool where you can design or upload your artwork.

What types of images and or photographs can I use for my garment?

Any! Some images are best screen printed while others may be printed via digital transfer.

Damages and Errors

Unfortunately mistakes are inevitable. Customers have 72 hours to inspect and to notify us about any damages or defects with your order.

We highly recommend ordering additional pieces to account for any inconsistencies. We are not liable for any garment manufactured

inconsistencies including any tears in garments.
