How do I begin my order process?
Simply select the service required for your job and use the design tool to upload, place and size your design.
 
What file types are accepted?
We support JPG, TIF, PDF, .AI, .PSD, EPS and PNG files. All file types besides .AI needs to be 300 dpi or higher. We will notify you if your image is not or is pixelated. Please contact us if you need further assistance, we’ll be glad to help.
 
What is DTG (Direct-to-Garment)?
Print method by way of a specialized ink jet printer using aqueous inks.
 
What are the benefits of DTG?
Great for smaller quantity orders, quicker turnaround, no need to separate colors.
 
What are the limitations of DTG?
It tends to cost more than the other print methods. The print placement is also limited to only the front and back of the garment.
 
What is DTF (Direct-to-Film)?
Your design is printed directly on a film and then transferred onto the garment. Compared to other print methods, DTF printed garments has a stiff and elastic feel that will wear in after a few washes. Other than that they should still be smooth and elastic.
 
What type of heat press is used for DTF?
We use a semi-automatic pneumatic heat press with a built in PSI guage. This is important because all DTF films require a minimum amount of pressure applied. Our heat presses ensure that your prints are pressed with the correct amount of pressure so your will prints last. Please continue to abide by the care-details of DTF to ensure the quality of your prints.
 
What are the benefits of DTF?
Great for smaller quantity orders, quicker turnaround, lower cost depending on the size of design, and no need to separate colors.
 
What is the best service to use for photos and images that I want printed on a shirt?
We recommend our DTG or DTF method.
 
Do you provide physical samples?
Unfortunately we do not. We are happy to provide a digital sample for approval.
 
What if I need to make a change to my order?
Please notify us right away if you need to make changes to your order. We will do our best to accomodate but no guarantees can be made. Once your order has been placed, production will soon begin.
 
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order but there may or may not be a full refund. If items were ordered, you may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of your order. If screens are created, artwork digitized or films printed for DTF, you will be charged for those items. We cannot cancel your order once print production has begun.
 
Can I provide my own garments for printing?
At the moment we do not offer this service.
 
Can I rush my order beyond?
A rush option is available for selection when you place your order.
 
How do I design my own apparel?
Simple select your embellishment method and it will take you to the appropriate design tool where you can then design or upload your artwork.
 
What do I do if there are damages or errors in my order?
Unfortunately mistakes do happen. Customers have 72 hours to inspect their order and to email our customer service department about any damages, defects and/or print errors.
