How do I start my order process?

Simply click the print method best suited for your order.


What file type is accepted?

We can support the following: .jpg / .png / .tif / .ai / .eps / .pdf / .psd
Remember, regardless of file type it does not account for a low resolution image unless it is a vector file.


What print method is best if I want to print a photo/image onto a shirt?

Are physical samples provided?

Unfortunately we do not provide physical samples.


What are your minimum order quantity requirements?

When you click into each of the print methods there will be a minimum quantity based on your job specifications.


What if I need to make a change after I submitted my order?

Please notify us within the first 24 hours so that we can assist you with any changes. There is no guarantee changes can be made once production starts.


Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order. If after the 24 hour period we will not be able to process your order cancellation.


Can I provide my own garments for printing?

Currently we are not offering this service.


Can I pick up my order?

Pick up will be available between 10am – 4pm PST, Monday – Friday excluding holidays.


Can I rush my order?

Absolutely. Rush options will be available for each print method as well as expedited shipping options.


How do I navigate damages and errors to my order?

Unfortunately mistakes are inevitable. Customers have 72 hours to inspect and to notify us about any damages or defects with your order. We highly recommend ordering additional pieces to account for any shortages that may occur.
