How do I start/get a price quote?
Start by filling out our order form along with emailing us your artwork and we will email you back a quote as well as mockups for approval.
Is there a minimum order size?
2 Dozen
Will you print on copyrighted/trademarked artwork?
No.
Do you accept returns?
Because these are print-to-order specific to your school/organization we do not accept returns unless merchandise is damaged or misprinted. Please email our customer service if such an event has occurred within the first 7 days of delivery.
What is your turnaround after sales close?
Generally a week to 2 weeks after sales close assuming inventory is available.
Can you create artwork for me?
We do not create but we can certainly help with making adjustments as well as getting it print-ready.
Is the online store free?
Absolutely.
What do I do if I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email?
Contact our customer service and they will let you know if the order has gone through or not. Sometimes an incorrect email is unexpectedly inputted during checkout.
I have approved artwork and quotes, how soon can our webstore be up and running?
Within 24-36 hours.
Is there a limit on different items we can sell on our webstore?
Yes, for now 9 items
Can our webstore stay up the entire school year?
It certainly can but ordering will be suspended except for predetermined fundraising periods.
